Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports to drive business growth and success.
  • Serve as the category expert, providing in-depth knowledge and analysis of market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
  • Generate and present actionable insights on pricing, promotional impacts, positioning, competitive landscape, and market needs to develop comprehensive strategies.
  • Manage the delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the health of the business, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Identify category gaps and opportunities, craft compelling sales stories with strategic recommendations that differentiate SharkNinja from competitors, and drive business growth.
Core Skills and Qualifications
  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating a customer-centric mindset.
  • Drive objective analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
  • Act as the voice of the market and category, providing expert insights and recommendations.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in category management, sales analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience working in the consumer goods industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience pulling and analyzing syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, NPD, GFK, etc.).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel/Office skills.
