About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional departments to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Ninja Category teams by providing financial insights and analysis
  • Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, Commercialization, SS&A, and Engineering teams to drive business growth and profitability
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including Category P&Ls and Ninja P&Ls
  • Drive process optimizations to reduce the time it takes to create financial reports
  • Partner with Category Teams to support both standard reporting and ongoing scenario analyses
  • Develop financial models and create analysis and presentations that condense complex topics into actionable information
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum of 3-6 years of relevant work experience in Finance/Accounting
  • Previous experience with budgeting and analysis is preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proven ability to work on competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel modeling skills
