Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at SharkNinja. As a key member of our Finance organization, you will play a critical role in supporting global consolidation, reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the consolidation of global forecast, identifying key trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting through monthly close analysis.
  • Manage Global Margin Forecast analysis and identify key commercial insights.
  • Drive internal process improvements, focusing on standardization and automation.
  • Assist in creating executive presentations.
  • Develop sophisticated financial models to aid in scenario analysis and investment decisions.
  • Develop strong partnerships across the Global Finance organization.
  • Proactively drive ad-hoc analyses and special projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
  • Previous experience with budgeting and analysis, preferably in consumer products.
  • Proven analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Objective-oriented with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and social skills, proven ability to partner cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially exceptional modeling skills in Excel.
  • Previous experience with financial planning systems such as Adaptive.
