About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional departments to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review Category P&Ls, driving efficiencies and process optimizations to reduce the time it takes to create P&Ls.
  • Work with Category P&L input owners to ensure data accuracy and quality.
  • Prepare monthly financial review packages for select Ninja categories, providing financial analysis and insights to drive business decisions.
  • Partner with Category Teams to support standard reporting and ongoing scenario analyses, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Develop financial models and create analysis and presentations that condense complex topics into actionable information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of relevant work experience in Finance/Accounting.
  • Previous experience with budgeting and analysis is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proven ability to work on competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with exceptional modeling skills in Excel.
