Customer Success Manager

Chargezoom, a fast-growing SaaS fintech startup, specializes in delivering automated payment solutions. Our mission is to simplify internal financial processes and enable main-street businesses to save time, money, and achieve their goals through our intelligently designed software products and accounting software integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact and product expert during client onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Engage with users throughout their prospecting journey to drive product adoption and maximize ROI.
  • Onboard and educate clients on the Chargezoom platform, providing personalized support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with the Growth and Product teams to identify opportunities and gaps, driving continuous improvement.
  • Close small-dollar value deals by assisting clients through the process, fostering strong relationships and trust.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with multiple stakeholders and customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various channels.
  • Passion for technology and driving product improvements, with a willingness to learn and grow.
