About the Role

R1 RCM is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to understand their revenue cycle management needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Provide proactive account health strategy and plans to clients, ensuring mutual understanding of key performance indicator goals and objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and accountability.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations, client services, sales, or consulting with healthcare clients.
  • Advanced Excel experience, including pivot tables, workbooks, and formula calculations.
  • Cerner solution knowledge preferred.
