Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Red Points. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Success: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their business goals.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase revenue through upsells, cross-sells, and expansion of existing customer relationships.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer success, revenue growth, and retention.
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide expert guidance to customers.
- Experience: 3-4 years of customer management experience, preferably in a SaaS technology organization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, IT, or a relevant discipline.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience working with tools like Gainsight.
