About the Role

R1 RCM is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence and accountability driving client satisfaction related to revenue cycle management
  • Ensure mutual understanding of client key performance indicator goals, objectives and action plans related to client's business strategy & financial health
  • Provide proactive account health strategy and plans to client
  • Provide ongoing consultation and support to our clients through written and verbal communication and presentations including to C-suite
  • Reporting and advanced analytics on several KPIs and data points to ensure client satisfaction and support are at or above target
Requirements
  • Advanced Revenue Cycle Operations expertise gained through 3+ years of experience
  • Cerner solution knowledge preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in client services, sales or consulting with healthcare clients
  • Advanced Excel experience creating pivot tables, workbooks, formula calculations
