At Chargezoom, we're on a mission to simplify internal financial processes and empower main-street businesses to thrive. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Retention Team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional product support to customers beyond their initial 90-day onboarding period
- Engage with users to resolve issues and ensure seamless experiences
- Educate clients on Chargezoom's platform features, leveraging GAAP best practices
- Deliver platform demos to showcase specific features addressing client pain points
- Ensure customers optimize their automations for maximum efficiency
- Identify and address gaps in the customer experience that may lead to confusion or churn
- Proactively work with customers experiencing decreased platform usage
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on escalations
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- A proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with multiple stakeholders and customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across various channels
- A passion for supporting customers and helping them achieve their goals
- Experience working with HubSpot CRM or Help Desk tools is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Empathy and patience in both internal and external interactions
- Coachability, willingness to learn, and grow
- Strong collaboration and cooperation skills

Base Salary: $60,000 - $72,000
Monthly bonus based on NRR (net revenue retention)
