About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our SASE team at InsightSoftware. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding and Adoption
    • Develop and execute customized onboarding plans to ensure seamless product adoption and integration.
    • Provide proactive guidance and support to customers throughout the onboarding process.
  • Customer Success and Growth
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and goals.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer growth, increase revenue, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Account Management and Renewals
    • Manage customer accounts to ensure timely renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks to customer renewals and develop strategies to address customer concerns.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute customer success strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of driving customer growth, increasing revenue, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of SASE technology and its applications.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or computer science.
