About the Role

We are currently searching for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Client Onboarding Team as a Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients, providing exceptional customer support, and driving product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact and product expert during the client's first 30-90 days
  • Engage with users during their prospecting journey to drive product adoption and ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Onboard and educate clients on the Chargezoom platform, providing platform tours and helping them process their first transaction
  • Ensure customers set up their automations in the most efficient way possible, identifying gaps in the experience that may cause confusion or prevent the user from moving forward
  • Help develop and implement industry-leading onboarding processes that delight new customers
  • Collaborate with the Growth and Product teams to provide feedback on opportunities and gaps
  • Close small-dollar value deals by helping the customer through the process

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a fintech or SaaS company
  • A track record of building and nurturing relationships with multiple stakeholders and customers
  • Thoughtful verbal and written communication through a variety of channels
  • Possession of a passion for technology and driving product improvements
  • Experience working in HubSpot CRM or Help Desk tools is a plus
