Primary Responsibilities

Customer Service Delivery:

Implementing customer strategies by identifying needs and providing suitable solutions.

Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the customer's business to identify needs, purchasing cycles, and fostering positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Following established customer service protocols, including pipeline management and precise forecasting using internal systems.

Account Management:

You will oversee ongoing customer account relationships, which includes updating account details in company databases and addressing customer satisfaction concerns.

Building and nurturing strong business relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within each target account.

Strategic Planning & Presentation:

Formulating a customer strategy plan to comprehend the current technological landscape, assess business requirements, and devise a technology solution plan that meets overall objectives.

Creating and executing marketing and business strategies to enhance revenue and profitability.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in customer service and management (customer-facing) within the Telecom sector (UCaaS), Managed Services, Cloud Networking, and Network Security.

Proven ability to cultivate positive professional relationships.

Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
