Job Overview

As a B2B Sales Executive at Solo Brands LLC, you will collaborate with a dynamic sales team to meet monthly objectives, foster new business opportunities, and expand existing client relationships. Your role will involve engaging with promotional distributors who market our products to their clientele, as well as directly connecting with corporate clients to enhance their gifting strategies for employees and clients alike. Additionally, you may be tasked with establishing new reseller partnerships through retail channels and nurturing those connections. Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing our promotional sales and B2B revenue streams.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with potential customers.
  • Presenting and marketing the Solo Brands portfolio with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Asking insightful questions to identify customer needs and positioning suitable products.
  • Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of Solo Brands and articulating the benefits of promoting and selling our product range.
  • Utilizing Netsuite and Hubspot CRM to manage sales workflows and ensure progress through the sales cycle.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate transaction processing.
  • Participating in product training sessions to enhance industry knowledge.
  • Attending trade shows and events to showcase our products and develop professional relationships.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a target-driven role is required.
  • 1 year of experience in the promotional products industry is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Netsuite CRM is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in previous positions.
  • Self-motivation and a competitive mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and implement various sales techniques, including demonstrations and video communications.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly G Suite.
