Position Overview

As a B2B Sales Executive at Solo Brands LLC, you will collaborate with a dynamic sales team to meet monthly objectives, foster new business opportunities, and expand existing accounts. Your role will involve engaging with promotional distributors who market our products to their clientele, as well as directly connecting with corporate clients to enhance their gifting strategies for employees and clients alike. Additionally, you may be tasked with developing new reseller partnerships through retail channels and nurturing those connections. We are currently witnessing remarkable growth in both inbound and outbound sales prospects, making this an exceptional opportunity to represent beloved brands and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing our promotional sales and B2B revenue streams.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
  • Presenting and promoting the Solo Brands portfolio with a customer-focused approach.
  • Asking insightful questions to identify customer needs and positioning appropriate products.
  • Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Solo Brands and articulating the benefits of our offerings.
  • Utilizing Netsuite and Hubspot CRM to effectively manage sales workflows and ensure progress.
  • Collaborating internally to guarantee accurate transaction processing.
  • Participating in product training sessions to enhance industry knowledge.
  • Attending trade shows and events to showcase our products and build professional relationships.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a target-driven environment is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the promotional products industry is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Netsuite CRM is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities are essential.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
  • Self-motivation and a competitive mindset are crucial.
  • Willingness to learn and implement various sales techniques, including demonstrations and video messaging.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including G Suite, is necessary.
