- Exhibit outstanding product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every visitor by utilizing the principles of The 3C's of Success: Connect, Consult & Close.
- Achieve or surpass set store and individual sales targets on a daily basis.
- Adhere to Levi's cash handling protocols.
- Follow store security, safety, and loss prevention policies diligently.
- Support stock team members with merchandise replenishment and security tagging as required.
- Aid in the pricing of products as necessary.
- Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts.
- Help maintain the store's visual presentation and cleanliness in line with Levi's standards.
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Capability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform tasks involving standing, walking, squatting, and bending.
Additional Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective interpersonal and organizational skills, particularly in interactions with senior-level personnel.
- Excellent communication skills across various channels.
- Demonstrated discretion, judgment, and diplomacy.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- An energetic, positive, and helpful attitude with a genuine interest in Levi Strauss & Co.
