Sales Operations Manager for Care Center

The Sales Operations Manager for Care Center is tasked with overseeing and directing a team of supervisors and sales representatives within a call center framework. This position is crucial for establishing sales objectives, mentoring team members, and crafting strategies to fulfill corporate sales ambitions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in call center sales leadership, outstanding managerial abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of call center dynamics.

Core Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Recruit, train, and guide call center sales supervisors and representatives to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Create a positive and encouraging work atmosphere to sustain high morale and employee engagement.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
  • Monitor and assess sales performance metrics to pinpoint areas needing enhancement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to devise campaigns and promotions that stimulate sales.

Operational Management:

  • Supervise daily operations of the sales call center to guarantee efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement and manage sales call center technologies and processes to maximize performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

Customer Focus:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Address escalated customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Leverage customer feedback to refine sales approaches and service delivery.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Compile regular sales reports and present insights to senior management.
  • Examine market trends and competitor activities to uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • 5-7 years of demonstrated experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar capacity within a call center environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or similar.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and manage challenging situations.
