Executive Coordinator for CMO at Innovative SaaS Firm

Bloom Talent is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Marketing Officer. This role presents a unique opportunity to become part of a renowned organization with a dynamic leadership team.

As the strategic partner to the CMO, you will be responsible for managing a demanding calendar and inbox, ensuring priorities are aligned, arranging travel logistics, assisting with offsite planning, and overseeing the daily operations of the Executive.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to independently manage projects, stay attuned to team dynamics, and exhibit a proactive and positive demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Chief Marketing Officer's intricate calendar, acting as a gatekeeper to optimize time management effectively.
  • Manage a busy email inbox and assist in drafting communications on behalf of the CMO.
  • Provide support during meetings, including preparation, note-taking, and tracking action items.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries for smooth travel experiences.
  • Support the CMO's organization to ensure team efficiency.
  • Assist in organizing team offsites and events.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders at various levels.
  • Anticipate the needs of the CMO, demonstrating resourcefulness and planning skills.
  • Prioritize and address conflicting demands with minimal guidance.
  • Assist with light personal coordination tasks for the Executive.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting a Marketing leader is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in managing sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to take initiative as required.
  • Able to pivot priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability for new tools.
