Project Planning and Execution:
Develop and sustain project plans that encompass scope, timelines, and financials.

Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Product Management, and Quality Assurance, to align project objectives and priorities.
Serve as a liaison among teams and provide updates on project status to stakeholders.
Technical Expertise:
Grasp the technical nuances of SaaS offerings to adeptly manage project complexities.
Work alongside technical leads to make informed decisions and offer technical insights as necessary.
Resource Management:
Efficiently allocate resources and ensure team productivity towards achieving project objectives.
Oversee and manage interdependencies among various project tasks and teams.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality assurance protocols to guarantee that software products meet established standards and client expectations.
Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve defects and issues.
Documentation and Reporting:
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and performance dashboards.
Deliver regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and optimization of project management practices. Advocate for best practices and standards within the organization.
Requirements Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) is required. A Master's degree is an advantage.
Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager in the SaaS sector.
Strong project management capabilities, including proficiency with project management software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Solid technical acumen and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, software development, and SaaS products.
