Vitu operates across multiple states, providing extensive support to our clients.
Role Summary:
The Sales Executive will be a proactive, motivated individual focused on fostering and enhancing professional relationships with Vitu's clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate dealership staff on the functionalities of Vitu's platform.
- Engage with dealership management to assess and refine processes related to DMV documentation.
- Track dealer error rates and user compliance to uphold DMV regulations.
- Establish and nurture strong business relationships with essential dealership personnel.
- Provide comprehensive support for Vitu's services through various communication channels.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by being attentive and responsive to client needs.
- Act as a Client Advocate, proposing enhancements to the program and addressing client concerns.
- Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to DMV EVR & RIA protocols.
- Assist clients with complex DMV inquiries.
- Evaluate dealership DMS to confirm accurate DMV fee calculations.
- Facilitate DMV fee training sessions, both in-person and online.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience with CA DMV title and registration processes.
- Exceptional communication, retention, and training abilities are essential.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required.
- Attention to detail and proficient writing skills are necessary.
- Familiarity with various DMS systems utilized by Vitu clients is important.
- A valid State driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
Experience:
- Familiarity with Reports of Sale and related DMV documentation for both new and used vehicles.
- Preferred background in account management within a B2B context.
- Experience in DMV accounting and bundle reconciliation is advantageous.
- Knowledge of EVR programs (E-filing) is beneficial.
- Understanding of DMV regulations related to registration processing is required.
- Proficiency in configuring Chrome and Firefox settings.
- Ability to utilize various PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive.
- Effective communication skills with high-level executives are necessary.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential.
- Willingness to travel up to 150 miles as needed.
