Program Coordinator

Position Overview
The Program Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of the Case Management Department within a children's residential facility. This position requires collaboration with the Program Director to meet resource allocation needs and to oversee departmental functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Program Director to align resource needs with departmental goals.
- Manage the Case Management Department, ensuring high-quality care and prompt responses to the needs of children.
- Report directly to the Program Director, providing updates and insights on departmental operations.
- Supervise and mentor staff within the case management division, fostering a supportive work environment.
- Maintain and update all databases in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Conduct audits and make recommendations to uphold compliance standards.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support the department's mission.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, coupled with supervisory experience.
- Preferred CPR certification.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management and operations.
- Demonstrated training and leadership capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Ability to meet physical demands and adapt to changing environmental conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree in a relevant discipline.
