Position Overview
The Program Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of the Case Management Department within a children's residential facility. This position involves close collaboration with the Program Director to meet resource allocation requirements and uphold the highest standards of care for children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Program Director to address resource allocation needs.
- Lead the Case Management Department, ensuring quality care and timely responses to children's needs.
- Report directly to the Program Director regarding departmental operations.
- Supervise and mentor staff within the case management division.
- Maintain and update all databases in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Conduct audits and provide insights for compliance with established standards.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline with supervisory experience.
- Preferred CPR certification.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management and operations.
- Experience in training and leadership roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Must have a clean criminal background and pass a drug screening.
- Ability to meet physical demands and adapt to changing environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in a relevant field.
