Position Overview

The Program Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of the Case Management Department within a children's residential facility. This position involves close collaboration with the Program Director to meet resource allocation requirements and uphold the highest standards of care for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Program Director to address resource allocation needs.
  • Lead the Case Management Department, ensuring quality care and timely responses to children's needs.
  • Report directly to the Program Director regarding departmental operations.
  • Supervise and mentor staff within the case management division.
  • Maintain and update all databases in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Conduct audits and provide insights for compliance with established standards.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline with supervisory experience.
  • Preferred CPR certification.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in case management and operations.
  • Experience in training and leadership roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Must have a clean criminal background and pass a drug screening.
  • Ability to meet physical demands and adapt to changing environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in a relevant field.
