Job Description

Idaho National Laboratory is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Business Coordinator to join our Business Management department. Our team works a 9x80 schedule located out of our Idaho Falls facility with every other Friday off. Hybrid work opportunities may be available for this position.

You will support management and/or organization in the completion of administrative tasks and assignments. Tasks and assignments may include:

  • Tracking deliverables and maintaining accurate records
  • Creating and editing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinating task completion and data entry into computer systems
  • Confirming data and ensuring accuracy

Responsibilities Include:

  • Utilizing software to compile and create reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations
  • Designing processes to enhance workflow and improve efficiency
  • Maintaining filing systems of relevant hard copy records, protecting personal and private information
  • Providing quality customer service to internal and external customers
  • Relaying information to pertinent internal and external stakeholders to support the completion of organizational and/or management deliverables
  • Ensuring that needed materials (documents, reports, flyers, white papers, agendas, etc.) for management and/or organization are created and distributed to related stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Requirements:
    • High School Diploma and 2 years relevant experience in cost management strategy documentation, implementation, and analysis
    • Data entry into computer systems, confirming data, filing records, creating and editing documents
  • Preferred proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PowerBI

  • The pay range for this position is non-exempt NE0A20 at an hourly rate ($$ At Idaho National Laboratory compensation decisions are determined using factors such as education, relevant experience, and other credentials
