Job Title: Office Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Everlast Brands. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Manage office tasks, handle financial transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Deliver professional and high-quality customer service, resolving inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate resources, schedule business activities, and oversee projects.
  • Financial Management: Record business transactions, maintain financial records, and collect payments.
  • Communication: Provide information on products and services, offer recommendations, and maintain excellent communication with customers and team members.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience and 2+ years of office management experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient with computers, especially Google Suite and restoration software, excellent communication skills, and detail-oriented with data and information management.

Work Schedule:
