Key Responsibilities:

  • Address inquiries related to rental assistance programs and provide support for landlord/tenant issues and social service questions.
  • Manage incoming correspondence and ensure it reaches the appropriate personnel.
  • Continuously update and maintain system information.
  • Assist caseworkers in preparing necessary documentation, including tenancy approval requests and leases.
  • Support the public in completing pre-applications and arranging appointments as needed.
  • Oversee the tracking of damage claims and unreported income issues.
  • Assist with payment processing tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of experience with word processing software.
  • Typing proficiency of at least 65 words per minute.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Preferred Skills:
  • Two years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to meet departmental objectives.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of spelling, punctuation, composition, and standard office procedures and equipment.
Compensation:

$17.00 per hour
