Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee all office procedures and tasks assigned by the Management Team at Wyoming Casing Service, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Coordination: Oversee all aspects of general office coordination, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff member, maintaining confidentiality in all client, staff, and agency information.
  • Interoffice Relations: Interact with staff, vendors, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Accounting and Finance: Code and process Accounts Payable, process timesheets, and utilize QuickBooks for vehicle registrations and other miscellaneous items.
  • HR Support: Partner with HR to maintain office policies, assist in the new hire process, and terminations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, sign for and distribute packages, and perform general clerical duties.
  • Research and Data: Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration at the request of the Management Team.
  • Employee Support: Administer drug and alcohol testing to employees when proper certification is present and support staff in assigned project-based work.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
