Position Overview:

The Production Control Specialist is tasked with orchestrating and strategizing production schedules related to various lines to align with the overarching company objectives. This role involves assessing the overall production plan and formulating optimal strategies that cater to both internal departments and supply chain needs. The Specialist will be responsible for determining model rotations and appropriately assigning new models. Engagement with internal teams and external partners is essential to ensure production settings meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules using relevant software tools.
- Create midterm and key schedules through careful evaluation of planning needs.
- Communicate production volumes and model mix strategies to stakeholders.
- Negotiate effective schedules with internal departments to meet service sales objectives.
- Oversee new model trial events as assigned.
- Manage invoicing and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate production activities during weekends as necessary.
- Support quality audits and address concerns as needed.
- Control and reconcile cycle counts for inventory management purposes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Experience Requirements:

  • 0-4 years of professional experience, depending on educational background.

Essential Skills:

  • Highly organized, proficient in Microsoft applications, detail-oriented, and adept at problem-solving.
