Production Associate

We are seeking full-time associates for second shift positions at our facility.

Candidates must be eager to learn forklift and tugger operations.

Willingness to work overtime is essential.


This role is set in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned to foster a positive and efficient workplace. - Collaboration is key.

Training will be provided for Forklift and Tow Buggy Operation.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands for handling items.
  • Reach with hands and arms.
  • May frequently need to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities include receiving, storing, packaging, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products.

  • Must be able to remain on feet or walk extensively during tasks.
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated individuals are preferred.
  • Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved or distributed.
  • Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or designated locations.
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequences.
  • Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials and distribute items to production workers.
  • Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves.
  • Mark materials with identifying information.
  • Open bales, crates, and other containers.
  • Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
  • Weigh or count items for distribution to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Arrange stock parts in specified sequences for assembly by other workers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $20.41 - $22.75

Plus a $2.30 Shift Differential
