Position Overview:

Oversees, devises, and executes innovative technical initiatives and solutions in the realms of Business Strategy, New Model Development, and Mass Production to efficiently achieve or surpass targets related to Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and sustain methods, operational sequences, and processes in the manufacturing or assembly of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final products.
  • Examine and interpret daily reports to pinpoint SQD potential countermeasures and/or opportunities for root cause analysis, striving for ongoing enhancement.
  • Employ data analysis and PDCA to lead, assist, develop, and substantiate solutions with relevant groups/departments in your area of responsibility to address complex challenges.
  • Oversee and optimize equipment and processes to ensure peak manufacturing performance while minimizing operational costs.
  • Enhance the capabilities of yourself, colleagues, and the team through training, mentoring, and sharing of expertise.
  • Set priorities and make informed decisions based on data analytics to effectively meet business objectives.
  • Manage project execution, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful outcomes and target fulfillment. Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements for new or existing product lines.
  • Evaluate, test, and integrate new and innovative technologies to boost overall equipment and process efficiency.
  • Develop and oversee investment and expense budgets to meet overall cost objectives.

Experience Requirements:

0-5 years of experience based on educational background.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
