Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator/Administrative Support to join our team at FASTSIGNS. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be responsive, and have the ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing estimates, implementing work orders, and ensuring timely delivery of finished orders. You will also be involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and contribute to the success of our FASTSIGNS center.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent listening and organizational skills. You should be able to sit for extended periods and view computer screens for several hours at a time. Ability to work under pressure to output high-quality work is essential.
