**About the Role**

As an Administrative Support Coordinator II at California State University, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide frontline support for students, faculty, and staff, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain accurate records, update digital files, and coordinate student assistant schedules.
  • Support departmental finance and budgeting processes, including processing travel reimbursements, purchasing, and budget planning.
  • Assist with event coordination, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Manage student records, transcripts, and advising documentation, ensuring compliance with university policies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Three years of administrative experience, preferably in higher education.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to compose reports and correspondence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PeopleSoft, CMS/FTS, and Google Suite.
