Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Team Leader to propel our market center to new heights. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, leading a team of top-performing agents, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Establish and meet monthly and weekly appointment targets, achieve consistent contact volume goals, and strive to minimize appointment fallout.
  • Leadership and Development: Partner with the Director of Business Development to lead the Associate Leadership Council, guide top 20% of associates in growing their production and becoming role models, and contribute strategic recommendations for company success in changing market conditions.
  • Community Engagement: Develop relationships with potential recruits through industry events and broker opens, lead associates in building connections within the local agent community, and partner with the Growth Committee to drive recruiting efforts.
  • Top 20% Focus: Lead and mentor the top 20% of associates to increase production, GCI, and profitability, and contribute to associate wealth-building, including profit share opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Proven success in real estate sales and leadership, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with proficiency in CRM systems and real estate technology platforms.
  • Recruiting and Leadership: Ability to work approximately 40 hours per month (10 hours per week) on recruiting activities, and lead a team of top-performing agents.
