    • Tracking cash discrepancies and following up on significant variances.
    • Conducting monthly compliance audits.
    • Executing any other tasks as directed by management.
  • Conduct and document all required audits, including:
    • Cash drawers, cash recyclers, vaults, ATMs, and negotiable items.
    • Communicating and reinforcing changes in operational policies and procedures to team members.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with basic computer proficiency.
  • A sales-oriented and service-focused demeanor is essential, as is a professional appearance.
  • A genuine willingness to collaborate with colleagues is necessary.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service while offering information on various banking products tailored to individual needs.
  • High accuracy in cash handling and an expectation for cross-selling and up-selling products are crucial.

Work Environment

  • This position operates in a standard office environment, utilizing common office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Physical Requirements

  • The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to communicate effectively. This role is primarily sedentary; however, some filing may be necessary, requiring the ability to lift files weighing at least 25 pounds, open filing cabinets, and occasionally stand on a stool.
