Incentives:

Newly recruited experienced RNs who commit to a minimum of two years of service at Cambridge Health Alliance may qualify for a retention incentive of $10,000. Part-time staff may be eligible for a prorated retention incentive.

The West - Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Department at Everett Hospital within Cambridge Health Alliance is a 35-bed unit catering to patients with comprehensive medical and surgical requirements, frequently addressing serious health conditions.

This unit features 5 private rooms, 2 respiratory isolation rooms, and a hemodialysis tandem room with 2 bays. Our skilled and compassionate nursing team provides care for approximately 25 patients daily, supported by an expert Hospitalist Team.


Role Overview:
The selected candidate will deliver high-quality care to patients in an inpatient medical/surgical/telemetry unit.

In this dynamic environment, you will assess, plan, implement, and document patient care while effectively communicating with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.

The RN will report directly to a designated nurse manager, clinical manager, or off-shift manager. Proficiency in telemetry and the ability to independently interpret telemetry strips is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of current medical/surgical nursing experience is also preferred.
