Clinical Nurse Specialist for Family Maternity Services
We are searching for a motivated Clinical Nurse Specialist for Family Maternity Services in beautiful Everett, WA
Everett is the county seat and most populous city of Snohomish County, Washington, United States. It is 25 miles north of Seattle and is one of the main cities in the metropolitan area and the Puget Sound region.

Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) is a highly skilled clinician with specialized expertise in areas such as teaching, mentoring, consulting, research, management, and systems enhancement. Required Qualifications:
 
  • Master's Degree from a clinical nurse specialist program accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education (CCNE) or the National League for Nursing Accreditation Commission (NLNAC) or Ph.D. from a clinical nurse specialist program accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education (CCNE) or the National League for Nursing Accreditation Commission (NLNAC) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or currently enrolled in a Master's, DNP, or Ph.D. clinical nurse specialist program accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education (CCNE) or the National League for Nursing Accreditation Commission (NLNAC) or equivalent coursework and experience will be considered (Example: Master's in nursing or Doctoral degree in Nursing that did not major in the CNS role, such as those that are in Nursing Administration or Nursing Education).   
  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • 3 years registered nursing experience in area of specialty.
Preferred Qualifications:
 
  • Upon hire: Current certification as a CNS
  • Upon hire: Current certification in area of specialty
  • 2 years clinical leadership responsibility 


Salary Base: $115K- $190K
