Job Summary

We are seeking recent graduates from accredited BSN or ADN nursing programs to join our team of nursing professionals as Registered Nurses in our hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a 12-month New Graduate Residency program, including classroom time and clinical orientation
  • Work under the guidance of a preceptor to achieve independent performance in the clinical environment
  • Develop the judgment, skill, and knowledge necessary to become a competent professional nurse
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing (must be within 12 months of graduation)
  • NCLEX exam must be passed
  • No prior RN experience in an acute care environment
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
