We are seeking recent graduates from accredited BSN or ADN nursing programs to join our team of nursing professionals as Registered Nurses in our hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in a 12-month New Graduate Residency program, including classroom time and clinical orientation
- Work under the guidance of a preceptor to achieve independent performance in the clinical environment
- Develop the judgment, skill, and knowledge necessary to become a competent professional nurse
- Bachelor or Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing (must be within 12 months of graduation)
- NCLEX exam must be passed
- No prior RN experience in an acute care environment
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- A comprehensive onboarding and orientation program
