  • Assess and evaluate patient care practices and outcomes to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement evidence-based protocols and standards of care.
  • Provide mentorship and education to nursing staff, promoting continuous professional development and adherence to best practices.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and committees to improve patient care processes and outcomes.
  • Act as a resource and consultant for complex patient cases, facilitating optimal care coordination and management.
  • Conduct research and contribute to scholarly activities aimed at advancing nursing practice and healthcare delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of practice in acute care.
Candidate requirements Master's degree in nursing with specialization as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS). Current RN license in Washington. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in Acute Care. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in acute care settings. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse healthcare teams.
