Your Responsibilities: As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to onboard high-value programs, manage key accounts to ensure their success, strategically nurture customer relationships, and integrate client feedback to foster continuous growth. Your duties will encompass conducting onboarding sessions, managing timelines, addressing client requests, and problem-solving to relay valuable insights to our product team.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management
- Preferred experience in a high-growth B2B startup environment
- A degree from a recognized educational institution is advantageous

- Proficient in strategically onboarding, retaining, and expanding client programs
- Capable of communicating confidently and professionally
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and empathetic towards clients and colleagues
