Role Overview
Are you an organized, proactive, and effective communicator? This position within our Customer Success team is crucial, where meticulous attention to detail is essential. We are looking for someone adept at managing workloads, identifying proactive process enhancements, and confidently engaging with both customers and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post-Sales Management:
    Oversee and diligently track the onboarding of new clients, including scheduling and managing project kickoffs.
  • Address client inquiries and facilitate closeout discussions, ensuring a smooth transition to subsequent engagements.
  • Send timely reminders for renewals and draft statements of work, monitoring their progress and following up with clients on any unsigned documents.
  • Conduct end-of-project closeout discussions, gathering feedback, documenting insights, and maintaining follow-up relationships for future engagements.

Customer Engagement and Service:
Respond to customer inquiries or issues, proactively following up on deliverables for our clients. Ensure timely billing and deliverables are received by customers. Solicit and follow up on testimonials, reviews, and referrals. Identify and promote additional services that align with client initiatives.

Project Oversight:
Collaborate closely with administrative and audit personnel to monitor project status throughout its lifecycle. Manage timelines for recurring projects and maintain customer contact for re-engagement.

Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information for internal management and clients. Provide timely status reports on accounts and projects. Communicate effectively with clients through various channels.

Vendor Relationships:
Foster and maintain strong relationships with peers in our Platform Partner teams, ensuring seamless service for shared clients.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of experience in customer success with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in Compliance, Risk Assurance, Cybersecurity, or related fields is advantageous.
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication skills, capable of multitasking and adjusting priorities daily.
  • Proven organizational and risk assessment skills in a client-facing environment.
  • Experience in driving initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Box, DocuSign, and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, demonstrating solid problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and proficient in common office software tools.
  • A comprehensive understanding of delivering exceptional client service in a recurring revenue business model.
