Senior Strategy Advisor - Healthcare

Role Overview & Responsibilities

UKG is in search of a Senior Strategy Advisor within our Healthcare division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with C-Level executives and senior management for strategic planning and discussions regarding the utilization of UKG products.
  • Deliver tailored UKG Advisory Service packages to our clientele, which includes stakeholder interviews, surveys, configuration assessments, and labor data analysis.
  • Engage in thought leadership by creating published content such as articles, case studies, and blog posts.
  • Work alongside the Sales team to identify and generate new Advisory Service consulting opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative Advisory Services tailored for the Healthcare sector.
  • Act as Program Manager for large-scale Enterprise implementations when necessary.
  • Provide mentorship and support within the Healthcare team and across various departments as required.
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:
  • 5-8+ years of experience in implementing and consulting on the UKG Pro WFM suite of products.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare sector and best practices in workforce management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of UKG legacy solutions, including Workforce Central and Workforce Dimensions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the interactions, dependencies, and risks associated with Timekeeper, Absence Management, and Scheduler.
Compensation Information

The compensation range for this position varies based on location and experience, with a competitive salary and eligibility for both short-term and long-term incentives as part of the overall compensation package.
