Role Summary

We are currently seeking a Senior Wealth Management Executive to provide comprehensive services to our esteemed clientele. This role is pivotal in supporting the Senior Vice President and Regional Director by establishing and nurturing lead generation through referral networks, internal marketing strategies, and centers of influence. You will play a crucial role in guiding and developing advisor teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a designated portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Drive business development through strategic referral networks, marketing initiatives, and client referrals.
  • Expand and maintain the assigned territory within the referral network.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to business continuity and growth to senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including portfolio management and financial planning, to enhance client relationships.
  • Document client interactions and workflows meticulously in the contact management system.
  • Engage in firm-wide initiatives aimed at service development, relationship building, and client retention.
  • Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry trends relevant to financial services.
  • Support the professional development of wealth advisors alongside senior leadership.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain a focus on quality, consistency, and compliance in all business functions.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary to achieve business development and client retention goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in relationship management or sales within the financial services sector.
  • Certified Financial Planner designation is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial, investment, and risk management principles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise discretion.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks under pressure while prioritizing effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
