About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
- Assist customers with technical issues via phone, email, or in-person
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Associate's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, information technology)
- 3+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Security+ CE or equivalent certification
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
