Job Title: Help Desk Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
  • Assist customers with technical issues via phone, email, or in-person
  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, information technology)
  • 3+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Security+ CE or equivalent certification
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
