Help Desk Support Specialist

At ST2 ManTech Advanced Systems Intl, we're seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team in the DMV area. With opportunities in Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland, this is an exciting chance to work on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities:- Provide advanced technical assistance to customers via phone and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
- Record events and problem resolution in logs, update customer information, and provide feedback to internal teams for process improvement
- Mentor and supervise subordinate project and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff members
- 5 years of position-specific relevant experience
- DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II Certification within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order
- Relevant industry standard certifications such as A+ or Security+
- Experience with help desk systems such as Atlasian (Confluence/Jira) or ServiceNow
- Bachelors degree in an IT-related field
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must have an active Top Secret with CI Polygraph
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
