Help Desk Support Specialist

At ST2 ManTech Advanced Systems Intl, we're seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team in the DMV area. We have opportunities in the Washington, DC area, as well as Northern Virginia and Maryland.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical assistance to customers via phone and email.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Accurately record events and problem resolution in logs.
- Update customer information and provide feedback to internal teams for process improvement.
- Mentor and supervise subordinate project and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff members.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years of position-specific relevant experience.
- DoD IAT Level II Certification within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant industry standard certifications such as A+ or Security+.
- Experience with help desk systems such as Atlasian (Confluence/Jira) or ServiceNow.
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must have an active Top Secret with CI Polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
