Help Desk Technician

Join General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) as a Help Desk Technician and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems. As a Help Desk Technician, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
- Assist clients with technical issues and provide solutions to resolve problems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions
- 4+ years of related experience
- Two certifications are required for the program: Security+ CE or another 8570 Cert and PWS 9.1 Cert
- AAS degree required
