Job Title: Help Desk Technician

Join General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) as a Help Desk Technician and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems. As a Help Desk Technician, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
  • Assist clients with technical issues and provide solutions to resolve problems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of related experience
  • Two certifications are required for the program: Security+ CE or another 8570 Cert and PWS 9.1 Cert
  • AAS degree required
