Help Desk Operations Manager

At General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), we're seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a Help Desk Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our help desk services.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise help desk operations at the shift or small help desk level, ensuring that all staff members are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Train, coach, and mentor employees on how to deliver top-notch customer service and achieve team Service Level Agreements.
- Maintain and enhance customer services by organizing and evaluating service and delivery systems, and procedures.
- Work with other department supervisors to promote a high morale environment and assist other functions of the service desk as needed.
- Analyze help desk activities and develop tools and process improvements to optimize service.
- 5+ years of related experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly.
- A competitive salary range of $89,250 - $120,750.
