Job Title: Service Desk Technician Tier Two

International Computer Sciences Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Desk Technician Tier Two to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients and ensuring that their technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network configurations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
  • Experience with IT service management tools and processes
