Service Desk Technician Tier Two

International Computer Sciences Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Desk Technician Tier Two to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients and ensuring that their technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network configurations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Experience with IT service management tools and processes
