Help Desk Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Provide end-user software and hardware troubleshooting
- Apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
- Assist in the administration of email, Microsoft Office, and other applications
- Provide remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of related experience
- Security+ certification preferred
- CE - Sec+ CE certification preferred
