Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
  • Provide end-user software and hardware troubleshooting
  • Apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
  • Assist in the administration of email, Microsoft Office, and other applications
  • Provide remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Security+ certification preferred
  • CE - Sec+ CE certification preferred
