Job Title: Help Desk Supervisor

At General Dynamics, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a Help Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising help desk operations, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise help desk staff and ensure that they are providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve help desk efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide training and coaching to help desk staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a help desk or customer service role.
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
