At ST2 ManTech Advanced Systems Intl, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll play a critical role in providing technical assistance and support to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately record events and problem resolution in logs, update customer information, and provide feedback and suggestions to internal teams for process improvement.
  • Mentor and supervise subordinate project and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff members.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of position-specific relevant experience.
  • DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II Certification within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant industry standard certifications such as A+ or Security+.
  • Experience with help desk systems such as Atlasian (Confluence/Jira) or ServiceNow.
  • Bachelors degree in an IT-related field.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must have an active Top Secret with CI Polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
